Refund and Cancellation Policy.

At Reizme Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality professional tools and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our users.

1. Subscription and Service Cancellations

Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.

No Partial Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle after a cancellation.

Service Requests

For one-time professional services, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service delivery has not yet been initiated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Reizme Solutions and are generally limited to the following cases:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged more than once for a single purchase due to a technical error.
  • Technical Failure: If a major technical defect prevents you from using the core features of the platform and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.
  • Incorrect Billing: If the amount charged does not align with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital Deliverables: Fees for AI-generated outputs (such as finalized resumes or interview preparation modules) that have already been generated and accessed.
  • Utilization: Subscription fees where the user has already utilized the platform’s premium tools or credits during the current billing cycle.
  • Completed Services: Any service fees related to personalized coaching or consulting once the session has commenced or been completed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team:

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the transaction will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
