To provide our AI-powered features, we utilize the Google Gemini API. When you tailor a resume or scan for keywords, relevant portions of your professional data are processed by Google's infrastructure. We ensure that:

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Google is a sub-processor bound by strict data protection agreements.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your entire professional profile and all associated AI-generated documents at any time through your Dashboard > Profile Settings.
